Business isn't what it used to be in the Paris garment district, and shops are folding left, right and center. The pressure is taking its toll on the friendship of five young entrepreneurs who were doing well not so long ago. Add wives and girlfriends to the picture, and you've got trouble spelt in big letters !

Nothing short of a miracle can save the situation, but the miracle happens : a partnership with Eurodiscount, a huge supermarket chain offering a fabulous distribution deal ... there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Unfortunately the deal goes badly wrong... and our friends go bankrupt. But they soon realize this was all a deliberate plot, orchestrated from the start by the diabolical Mr. Vierhouten, the head of Eurodiscount.

Will they simply leave it at that, or will they teach the crook a lesson in crookery?
