When a lonesome caretaker discovers the brutalised and lifeless body of a young woman, it shakes the, foundations of a once close knit community to its very core. But the discovery of the body is lust the beginning rind a series of other, seemingly unrelated occurrences slowly converge to reveal how the tragic, actions of the people who surrounded her eventually led to Ns savage murder.

Acclaimed independent filmmaker Karen Moncrieff assembles a stellar cast including Toni Collette, Josh Brolin, Marcia Gay Harden, Brittany Murphy and Giovanni Ribisi in this "potent and superbly acted (Ken Fox, TV Guide)" thriller that makes an excellent companion piece to    films like Jindabyni and Lantana.
