When you live in a Hotel, life comes to you! This is certainly the experience of Rosy and George, eleven-year-old friends who live in Seaside Hotel, an aging beachfront property owned by George's father. As optimistic Rosy sees it, there's endless potential for excitement and adventure in the passing parade of guests. "Who could ask for more?" Well, George certainly could. exasperated by the oddities of some guests George thinks that the freaks of the world have united and come to stay at his dad's Hotel!

TV or Not TV?
A new five-star hotel has just opened in town, and Mr Seaside is planning to compete with it by running a TV ad, presented by George, extolling the virtues of the Seaside Hotel. He has just one day to shoot the commercial, so he chooses a day when Rosy is away for a sleepover. He knows that, were she present, the over-enthusiastic girl would disrupt the shoot. However, she comes home early...
Sign In, Strangers
A new hotel is beginning to have an effect on the Seaside Hotel's business - there are no bookings! So Rosy takes George into town to literally drag customers off the street and they end up with a trio of oddly-behaved strangers who create havoc at the hotel.
Elephantastic
The circus comes in handy again, when the Majestolux uses gimmicky promotions to take customers away from the Seaside Hotel. Rosy dreams up a gimmicky promotion of her own, using the circus's elephant. However, the elephant goes berserk when startled by a mouse!
Show Biz Kids
A reclusive movie star books out the Hotel for the weekend, so she can be alone. This is the Hotel's first guest in ages, and Mr Seaside is anxious for her stay to be a success - the fate of the hotel depends upon it.
The Night Visitors
After reading a vivid comic book about vampires, Rosy believes that a couple of odd-looking guests are vampires themselves. George scoffs at the idea at first, but the evidence seems overwhelming.
Man The Ovens
Rosy causes an accident in the kitchen which puts Mrs Sims in hospital with concussion, just when food critics are in town. Mr Seaside tells George and Rosy not to let the critics in, if they come to the hotel looking for a meal. Instead, however, George and Rosy decide to cook the meal themselves...
Terror From The Deep
Olga sets out to steal all Seaside Hotel's guests in one blow by pretending there is a monster off the Hotel beach.
The Penguin Club
Rosy decides to make some extra money by starting a baby-sitting service for guests staying at the hotel. George is concerned that they don't know anything about looking after children, but Rosy assures him it's easy!
Seaside Safari
George is thrilled to win a holiday to Kenya. Rosy, however, is devastated. She is losing her best friend for the holidays, and is determined to get him to change his mind by making the hotel more like Africa.
