James Dempsey, a brash and tough New York cop exposes corruption within the force. He is seconded to Scotland Yard where he is assigned to London's elite SI10. His new partner is the high flying Detective Sergeant Harriet Makepeace, a beautiful, smart & well connected computer and surveillance expert.

The stark difference in their personalities and approach to law enforcement creates crippling tension between them. The fireworks ensue as Dempsey and Makepeace tackle crime on the streets of London.
