Every dream of inheriting unlimited wealth? Simple Italian auto mechanic Guido Falcone (Terence Hilt) has just inherited a billion dollar financial empire from his late uncle. To claim it, he must arrive in San Francisco within twenty days. What could be simpler? But along the way Guido is kept hopping by a strange mix of allies and enemies as he travels by every mode of transportation imaginable. He falls in love with pretty detective Rosi Jones (Valerie Perrine) and comes up against business mogul John Cutler (Jackie, Gleason) who is deter-mined to steal Guido's birthright - and all the power that goes with it - for himself Mr. Billion is one whirlwind adventure that pays off with a fortune in fun.
