"One day all cops will be created like him."

The fun begins in Miami with Rookie Cop Dave Speed, played by hilarious actor Terence Hill, who tires to deliver a ticket to an out and out on the way home in the swamplands. Once he gets there he is accidentally Nuked and develops all sorts of superpowers!

Now he can be seen around corners, avoid accidents in traffic, move a driver-less truck, make billiard balls roll without a cue, race up 20 flights of stairs in 20 seconds, run as fast as a car. He can even catch bullets with his teeth!

His powers cause problems too - for example they fail him completely and he is left weak as a kitten whenever he sees red. Anything red, from a pretty girl's bathing suit to a traffic light. And when this happens, it infuriates his friend and superior on the force, the tough, hard bitten Sergeant Willy Dunlop (Ernest Borgnine). (Watch out for Borgnine dancing atop a giant, floating bubble-gum balloon!)
