After witnessing the gruesome murder of her brother, police profiler Jennifer Peters (Justine Waddell) jumps at the chance to work the case of Kevin Parson (Marc Blucas), a naive college student who seems to be the next victim of the Riddle Killer - the same psychopath who killed her brother.

The Riddle Killer is unmerciful, calling with riddle after riddle and planting bomb after bomb - challenging Kevin to figure out the riddles before innocent people die.
