It is the great year of 1907. Dr Plonk, a scientist and inventor, calculates that the world will end in exactly 101 years unless immediate action is taken. he must get to the future to warn the PM, in his ramshackle time machine.  Assisted by Mrs Plonk, his deaf-mute assistant Paulus and Tiberius the dog, Dr Plonk might just be able to do it. But just what proof of the future ahead will convince Prime Minister Stalk?
