"Reality TV has gone to far... a killer is watching."

A beautiful young woman goes for a late night lake swim and ends up dead. The authorities believe it's a typical drowning accident. However, Jesse, a young ambitious news reporter from the local TV station is assigned to cover the story and discovers a video of the victim. Footage reveals she was being followed, and videotaped shopping, dressing and undressing. Is the tape a joke or something much more sinister?

Another young woman is found dead... another tape arrives, this time sent directly to the news team. Anxiously watching the tape to see what it contains, they witness the second dead woman being followed, hunted and, finally, brutalised. As the video appears to ends, it flickers back to life and their enthusiasm turns to horror as they realise the killer is now watching them!
