2001, 95 minutes, Rated M

Opposites attract in this romantic comedy about two very different men and their search for true love. Eli (Dan Bucatinsky), is a cute, neurotic X-Files addict whose favourite film is Gone With The Wind. When his straight best friend and next-door neighbour Brett (Adam Goldberg, of Saving Private Ryan), falls in love with Jackie (Sasha Alexander, from Dawson's Creek), Eli is set up with Jackie's hunky best friend Tom (Richard Ruccolo). But, where Eli is commitment oriented, Tom claims to be only looking for a good time. The film hilariously flips back and forth between Eli and Tom recounting their relationship to strangers, each trying to believe that they are "all over the guy."

Director Julie Davis coaxes wonderful performances out of her attractive cast. Bucatinsky's witty screenplay features some great, fast-talking dialogue while producer Don Roos brings in Christina Ricci (as Eli's smart mouthed sister) and Lisa Kudrow (as a hopeless voiceover actress) from his spirited comedy The Opposite Of Sex for some perfectly pitched guest roles. Doris Roberts from Everybody Loves Raymond nearly steals the show as a seen-it-all receptionist at an AIDS clinic.

Romantic, funny and sexy, All Over The Guy is one foursome well worth walking in on.
