"You can't bury the truth"

Soon after the suicide of her twin sister Sofie, still grieving Megan and her friends Christian (Shawn Ashmore, X-Men and The Ruins), Zoe (Amanda Seyfried, Mia! and Mean Girls), Mark and Alicia (Hilary Burton, TV's One Tree Hill) head off on a summer holiday to the family home in Nowell Lake.

They're befriended by a handsome local who teaches them the Creole spell of the summer solstice, the longest day of the year and the best to communicate with the dead. But in then attempt to resurrect Sofie's spirit, they unravel  a dark and terrifying secret with deadly results.
