In the style of the old slient movie reels, THE PERILS OF PAULINE features all the despicable villains, the cliff-hanging predicaments, and slapstick chases typical of the golden years of vaudeville. BETTY HUTTON, one of Hollywood's brightest stars of the 40's was as beautiful and energetic as she was talented. Fondly known as the "Blonde Bombshell", her vibrant, gutsy personality shines as she let 'em have it with both barrels, belting out classic Frank Loesser song ("I Wish I Didn't Love Him So", an Oscar nominee). As a singer she was classed as the #1 musical competitor to Judt Garland (replacing her in the lead role of "Annie Get Your Gun").
