It's prank week at college and two rival fraternities 'the Gammas and the Betas' are at it again. They're locked in a no-holds-barred battle to win the coveted pranking crown. When one of the Gammas accidentally recites a verse from a comic called 'Ghoulish Tales', he unleashes those hideous and demonic creatures - the Ghoulies.

Now the Ghoulies are on campus and this time, it's just for the fun of it!
