The action really heats up in this catastrophic new thriller with a sizzling cast including Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner), Mark Dacascos (Crying Freeman), and John Rhys-Davies (The Lord of the Rings).
When underground nuclear testing results in an environmental disaster that could destroy the Earth, a team of scientists come up with a solution - detonate a nuclear bomb in a strategically targeted location to counteract the movement of the Pacific Plate which is causing temperatures around the world to rise. But in order for this radical plan to work, ground zero for the blast has to be Los Angeles.
