NIGHT HAWKS is a tough, contemporary story of suspense and intrigue that begins in Paris and London and reaches its chilling conclusion on the streets of New York. When Wulfgar (Rutger Hauer), Europe's most feared terrorist, suddenly and explosively announces his presence in New York City, two tough undercover cops, Deke DaSilva (Sylvester Stallone) and Willis Fox (Billy Dee Williams) are given the almost impossible task of finding and stopping him before he strikes again. In the brutal, cat-and-mouse game that follows, the terrorist shoots Willis, holds U.N. diplomats and their families hostage on a tramway high above the city and manages to stay one step ahead of DaSilva - until their last, deadly confrontation.
