What Computer configuration should I have?

You don't need any special software to use the BigPond Movies website. We recommend the following set up:

  1. Web Browser
    • For Windows XP and Vista:
      • Microsoft Internet Explorer V 6.0.2900 or later
      • Mozilla Firefox V 1.5.0.3 or later (see http://www.mozilla.com)
    • For Apple Macs:
      • Mac OS X v10.3 or later and Safari 1.2 or later

      • Note: If you are having trouble logging in using IE, it is a good idea to try FireFox to see if that resolves the issue.

  2. To view streaming video trailers
    • For Windows XP and Vista:
      • Windows Media Player V10.00.00.4036 or later
    • For other platforms:
      • Flash Video support is coming soon
