What emails will you send?


We don't ever want to bombard you with emails, but there are a few key messages that we need to send. So we'll only email you to:

  • Confirm your membership and let you activate your account.
  • Let you know when we've sent you a new DVD.
  • Confirm that we've received a DVD from you.
  • Advise you when a DVD you've reserved has been released.
  • Inform you of important issues affecting your membership, for example a change in price or failed credit card payment.

We'll try not to send you more than one email per day. If several things happen on the same day, we may combine a couple of these emails into one message. So please check right through any emails we send.

You can also opt in and out of receiving news and special offers from us, on two distinct levels:

1) Our e-newsletter, about BigPond Movies and related products or services.
2) News and offers for other Telstra products and services.
