Login Issues


If you are having trouble logging in, try the following:

  1. Make sure you use exactly the same email address and password as you entered when you registered.
    • The email address is the one where you receive our emails
  2. Remember that both these fields are case-sensitive – each character must be in lower or upper case, exactly as you entered them when you registered.
    • Note: Sometimes the Caps Lock key can be on without you noticing.
  3. Make sure you're using a supported web browser. We support:
    • For Windows XP and Vista:
      - Microsoft Internet Explorer V 6.0.2900 or later
      - Mozilla Firefox V 1.5.0.3 or later (see http://www.mozilla.com)
        Tip: If you're having trouble logging in with Internet Explorer, try FireFox to see if that resolves the issue.
    • For Apple Macs:
      - Mac OS X v10.3 or later and Safari 1.2 or later
