Lost DVDs

If you lose a DVD, please report it as soon as possible.

  • Log into your MyQ page and click the 'Damaged/Lost' link, then tick the 'Lost' box. We'll try to send you another copy of the same title.

If you find the original DVD later, you should return it to us as soon as possible.

There may be a charge for any DVDs you misplace.
