Writing Reviews

We love reading your reviews – and other members do as well.

You can become a bona fide movie reviewer by simply clicking 'Write a review' on the appropriate Movie details page, or from your Rental History section in 'My Account'.

  • Tips for writing great reviews:

    • We appreciate the time and effort that you put into writing reviews. So here are a few guidelines to help you get the best result:

    1. Tell us what the DVD was about (but don't give away the ending or reveal too many crucial plot developments!)
    2. Say if you liked or disliked the DVD – then tell us why.
    3. Does it remind you of any other DVDs? And if so, how does it compare?
    4. Mention any special features on the DVD that you particularly enjoyed – or thought were a waste of time.
    5. Spell check your review carefully!
  • And a couple of rules:
    1. Reviews containing profanity, obscenities or discriminatory language will not be posted.
    2. Reviews containing unsuitable or insufficient content will not be posted.
    3. Any HTML tags (other than Paragraph, Line Break, Bold, Italics and Underline) will be removed from your review.
    4. We reserve the right to reject, edit and/or amend submitted reviews.
    5. All submitted reviews become the property of BigPond Movies.
